I love being an evolutionary. We are on the cusp of a new era. When I look at the Mayan calendar info I get confirms that we are in a huge transition. That transition has been alive in me since 1977 when I went to my first personal growth workshop in St. Mary's KY. It blew my mind-literally. I experienced the answer to my big question “what's all about Alfie?” and discovered how much we are part of creating our lives, through our perspective, desires,aversions, judgements, acceptance, actions, behavior. ..It's simple and complex. This journey, the growth path has inspired my life ever since. Since 1982, I have been part of ecclectic spiritual teaching where I got my name, Hina. I have also studied indigenous cultures, especially their governance and council structures.

I am on fire wih the survival of humanity. I am sure we'll survive and co-create a peaceful world. The question isn't IF, it's how fast, how many of us, how well can we can transition from I, me, mine to we, us, ours.

I have been developing models, processes and practices drawing from my teachings to work with groups and individuals giving them tools to expand their conscious and aplly their awakening to practical matters.

I enjoy facilitating groups in business, organizations and communities in growing together so they can collaborate artfully and effectively.
